Refund policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Below is a simple, clear breakdown of how cancellations, returns, and refunds work at Med Lab Suppliers.
1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)
You can cancel your order as long as it has not shipped yet.
To request a cancellation:
- Email us at contact@medlabsuppliers.com
- Include your order number
- Please submit the request within 4 hours of placing the order
Once the order has shipped, we can no longer cancel it, but you may still request a return after it arrives.
2. Returns for Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged, doesn’t work as expected, or you received the wrong item, we will take care of it.
How to start a return:
- Email contact@medlabsuppliers.com with your order number.
- We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Send the item back using the label provided.
Return details:
- Return method: By mail
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return.
- Return shipping is paid for by us.
- The product must be returned in the SAME condition in which it was sold.
- If it is returned in a different condition from which it was sold, the return may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive the item.
3. Returns for Customer Remorse (Changed Mind, Wrong Item, Doesn’t Fit)
If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, we still accept returns.
How to start a remorse return:
- Email contact@medlabsuppliers with your order number.
- We will email you a prepaid return label.
- Send the item back using the label provided.
Return details:
- Return method: By mail
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return
- Return shipping is paid by us
- Restocking fees may be assessed if the product is returned in a different condition from which it was sold.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days after the item arrives.
4. Refunds
All refunds are sent to the same payment method used during checkout. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to show the refund on your account.
